Notice is hereby given that the 28th AGM of WRPC is scheduled to be held in the club house on Saturday 4th March 2023 at 10:30hrs. All members, full and probationary are invited to attend to see what the club has been doing since the last AGM and also see the presentation of medals and trophies for the 2022 competitions. Guests should obtain the agreement of the Chairman or Secretary prior to attendance.
We will be covering the usual items and there are 4 changes to our constitution that need to be agreed by the members present. The whole committee of 11 members are standing for re-election and full members can vote but probationary members cannot.
At the end there is a Q & A session for members to quiz the committee on any issue they wish to raise. As usual we will be providing free refreshments of hot and cold drinks and a few snacks.
This is a non shooting day apart from non-FAC air rifles.
Please remember to bring your 2023 WRPC membership card and sign the attendance sheet on arrival. Notices are being put up around the Wedgnock Range Complex.
